In addition to raising awareness, the QI Group has proactively implemented sustainable practices and policies across its global offices to minimize its environmental impact. RYTHM believes in its duty to Mother Earth, actively participating in the cycle of life and making conscious choices to fulfil this responsibility.
RYTHM is bringing solar electricity to remote off-the-grid tribal communities in North India. It is also simultaneously working on upgrading the healthcare infrastructure in the region. This sustainable initiative aims to significantly enhance the living conditions and well-being of the community.
LEADS is a social enterprise project that manufactures eco-friendly Compressed Stabilised Earth Bricks (CSEB). It is a sustainable alternative to cement blocks. The goal is to provide shelter and generate job opportunities for communities in Mullaithivu.
The Youth Connect Circle (YCC) initiative engaged twelve youths in personal development and entrepreneurial skills courses. Their main objective was to identify sustainable eco-tourism ideas in their villages. Additionally, they received guidance on creating business proposals and structuring their ventures.
In partnership with Manava Seva Dharma Samvardhini (MSDS), RYTHM Foundation provides funding for Sheeba under the Sadguru Gnanananda Fellowship.
This fellowship supports socially conscious young citizens who engage in work with rural communities or marginalized groups.
As the social impact arm of the QI Group, RYTHM Foundation actively supports QI Group employees in their social responsibility activities, enabling them to give back to communities.
Since launching the volunteer program in 2013, QI’s employees have contributed over 100,000 hours to volunteerism in 20+ countries.
