An individual needs to make time to explore things because there are plenty of options to choose from. At the end of the day, an individual may still decide to get a job. Now, this is fine as long as they are satisfied with their search.

Most often, individuals are given a catalogue of trodden paths when they graduate, and they end up making a choice without understanding all the available options. Direct selling is a career path that is lesser known, and one may only find out about it much later in life. Exploring allows individuals to discover and pursue such opportunities on their own accord.

Another great idea for individuals is to perform for an audience or cater to a client. The gig economy is often misinterpreted. People assume that it is a frivolous activity. Nowadays, a simple project or a consignment also can be seen as a gig.
