QNET CARNIVAL- V Malaysia 2019

V-Malaysia is a celebration of cultures, ethnicity, honoring hardworking people, and helping them grow together as a family; This is what I mean when I say QNET Carnival.

V-Malaysia or Qnet Carnival isn’t just a program or a conference, and It’s more like a festival. You meet various people from varied backgrounds, races, and ethnicity. This is an experience that I would not want to miss from now on.

THE STARTING – DAY 0

So this blast of a five days program starts with a simple registration, where they provide you with an all-access band; with this band, you can get access to various parts of the event like the arena, the product exhibition, and various other areas.

The next few days feels like being a part of the BIG FAT INDIAN WEDDING. Everyone around you is so colorfully dressed up, and you get to see the presence of such vibrant cultures that it will elevate your heart, mind, and soul.

People at V-Malaysia make sure that it is an overall experience for you. When you go back, you are a motivated, pumped, and grown person.

THE MOTIVATION

“Motivation comes from motive. You should have a definitive motive to achieve something or to become something, only then will you be fully motivated to achieve it.”, words of a great philosopher.

True and with an impact. More of such great words were said at V-Malaysia 2019 that inspired every soul present there.

Dato Shree Vijay Eshwaran kindled a thought of self-motivation in all the IR’s by saying that there will be times where challenges will try to knock you down, but you have to get up again and keep trying. He also said that failures in your work mean you’re moving forward.

Joseph “Japadas” insightful remarks

Mr. Joseph “Japadas” Bismark is another Founder member of QNET. He gave very helpful tips on how to be a better networker.
He explained what talking means in network marketing.
T stands for Timing. Your timing matters when you talk to a person. It shouldn’t mean you should talk to them when you have time. You should think about the person you’re approaching and their mindset at that point in time.

A stands for Appreciation. You should appreciate the person you are presenting your pitch. You should make sure that your presentation is something that the person can connect with.

L stands for Listening. You should learn to listen while you talk. Sounds weird, right? So this means noticing the subtle signs that your audience is giving — noticing by the smallest actions if they are interested in what you have to say. Listening means you observe.

K stands for Knowledge. You should have a strong knowledge of the background of the company. You should know all the details about the products you’re pitching.

I stands for Integrity. You should establish your integrity by genuinely talking to people and giving out information about yourself and by doing the simplest things, like giving your business card.

N stands for Need. Find the need. How and why will it benefit this person? What is the need? I was in the middle of the darkest time of my life when I joined QNET. It has helped me grow and get financially stable and support my family. You should know the need of the person to help them understand as to how QNET or networking, in general, can help them meet those needs.

G stands for Giving. When you talk to a person, you give your time, which is crucial. You should make it count.

These insights have struck me so much and helped grow my business and genuinely understand networking.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

Product knowledge is extremely important when it comes to network marketing. You should know about all the features of your products by heart.

At V- Malaysia 2019, there were a few product launches and various booths of various products. You can ask and learn about the products and also know a better sales pitch for your products.
At V-Malaysia, you can also buy all the products at a steal price. So that also helps the IR’s in growing their business.

V-Malaysia 2019 was bliss, and I can’t wait for V-Malaysia 2020. At V-Malaysia, you can also buy all the products at a steal price. So that also helps the IR’s in growing their business. V-Malaysia 2019 was bliss, and I can’t wait for V-Malaysia 2020.
